About the ESTHETICIAN / FACIALISTS program at Royal Beauty Careers in Houston, TX School of Beauty
Royal Beauty Careers is considered by many to be the best beauty school in Houston, TX.
The objectives of the esthetics program are to develop, in each student, basic knowledge of the skin and its disorders. Students will learn various treatments and techniques used to give regular and European facials, including equipment use and maintenance, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, makeup, and related subjects.
The purpose of the Esthetician program is to develop the level of knowledge and skills in the practice of esthetics to pass the state board exam and gain successful entry and continual employment in the esthetics field.
The approximate time for completion of the Esthetician program
is twenty-five (25) weeks for students on an accelerated schedule and 42 weeks for full time students.
Course Completion dates are subject to attending 32 hours
per week for accelerated or 18 hours per week full time.
Academic weeks are defined as actual weeks in attendance excluding holidays, school breaks, and inclement weather days.
