Termination shall occur upon student’s last day of physical attendance in the school. Any monies due the applicant/student must be paid within 30 days after graduation or termination. The student understands that he/she will be eligible to take the State examination as a cosmetologist/ esthetician/nail technician under the State Law when he/she has received a certificate of graduation from the school.

The student agrees to attend classes as required, and when unable to attend will bring reasonable and acceptable excuses. He/she understands that it is a Texas Cosmetology Commission requirement that all cosmetology related students must attend a minimum of 75% attendance on a monthly basis.

The student agrees that any tools lost shall be replaced at the student's own cost.

The student agrees that full tuition shall be paid before he/she takes the Texas Cosmetology Commission Examination.

TRANSFER STUDENT
Royal Beauty Careers abides by the rules and regulations of the Texas Cosmetology Commission for defining policies on the transfer of a student from other institutions for the Cosmetology and Cosmetology Instructor program. Royal Beauty Careers does not accept transfer student’s hours in the Nail Technician, and the Facialist. Each transfer student is considered on an individual basis. If you are accepted for admittance, we will credit you for your previous training in accordance with our standards. The transfer student will be required to take a written and practical test in order to determine his/her transfer hours. The school maintains a written record of the previous education and training of each student. The record indicates that appropriate credit has been given. The student and any other appropriate agency will be notified of this evaluation.

It is reputation that brings students from all over to enter our school. We are proud to say that an education from Royal Beauty Careers offers you one of the most exciting and complete educations in the field of beauty. We offer a short term education for a lifetime career. We shall always strive to give our students the very best.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY
A student may withdraw from school at any time by notifying the school in writing. Cosmetology schools shall drop the student if a student is not in attendance for 30 consecutive school days, unless the student is on an approved Leave of Absence. Upon withdrawal, and provided that the agreed tuition and fees have been tendered, a student is entitled to an official transcript of hours taken and practical application performed.

A student whose enrollment is terminated for violation of the attendance policy may not re-enter before the start of the next grading period. A student may not start a program after 10% of the program has been taught except in those cases where appropriate credit for previous education has been given.

Students who have dropped or have been terminated and wish to re-enter Royal Beauty Careers must do so by submitting a written request which will be reviewed by the Appeals Committee. The decision of re-entry will be made by the Appeals Committee.

Students returning will re-apply at the current rate of tuition. Students who return within one year will be given all previous hours credited.

Arrangements for satisfying payments of any applicable balance owed under previous enrollment must be made prior to re-enrollment. Arrangements for purchasing a new kit or books may be made with the Director of Admissions and the Financial Aid Officer.

REGISTRATION FEE
A registration enrollment fee of $100.00 will be required of all students entering Royal Beauty Careers. This fee is to defer costs of paper work and time needed to enroll such students and maintain sufficient administrative capabilities.
