EXIT INTERVIEW & JOB PLACEMENT
Two weeks prior to graduating, interviews will be arranged
with the Financial Aid Officer, the Students Records Coordinator,
and the Placement Director.
The Financial Aid Officer will prepare a financial aid
exit interview stating the amount of student loan(s) that
the student has used and amount of refund due, if any. The
student’s signature is necessary on the financial
aid exit interview form and the student will receive a copy
of the signed interview.
The Students Records Coordinator will review the student’s
academic standing and coordinate the requirements for Department
of Health. The student will be given instructions on how
to arrange for the State Board Exam.
The Placement Director will assist the student with job
placement, if needed. Although no school can guarantee employment
for its graduates, Royal Beauty Careers will assist our
graduates in obtaining employment in the beauty professions. The student will also receive interviewing
guidelines, information on how to develop a current resume,
and review current job orders.
In most instances our graduates are successfully employed.
As long as our graduates seek employment in the beauty professions, we will assist them. Our Placement
Director keeps an open communication line with prospective
employers and maintains an available jobs bulletin board.
If a student does not desire placement assistance, they
must sign a waiver indicating that the placement assistance
is not requested.
After a student is employed, the Placement Director will
further follow up with our students and the employer as
a means of measuring the success rate of our students being
the best possible graduates.
